Convenient location with good wifi the hotel's location was convenient as it was situated in a bustling area with easy access to transport links. the wifi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected during my business trip. the room was clean and tidy upon arrival.

Unhelpful staff and uncomfortable beds Unfortunately, the staff at the hotel were unhelpful and did not speak fluent English, which made communication difficult. the beds were uncomfortable and led to a restless night's sleep.

Had a great New Year's stay at a hotel in Shanghai. The room was cozy and clean, with great amenities like a mini-fridge and free toiletries. The hotel was also located within walking distance of a metro station and some great local restaurants, making it convenient to explore the city. Best of all, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few things that could be improved. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected.

No windows in the room. I woke up for breathing ciggarette smoke in the morning because everyone smoked EVERYWHERE. The reception didnt have internet so they hadnt received my booking. "Breakfast included" but no breakfast was ever served. This just to mention some.

The person in charge was very rude with us, and didn´t help at all. The room with no window was not worth the price they were charging us. The possitive thing about arriving was leaving.
